Kyle J. McGinn joined the McGinn Law Firm as Associate Counsel in April 2015. He is the Great-Grandson of the late Albert McGinn, founder of the firm, and the fourth generation of McGinn lawyers in Council Bluffs. McGinn, a 2014 graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Law and a 2009 graduate of Creighton University, maintains a diverse practice, including many areas of the law.
McGinn is currently admitted to the State Courts of Iowa and Nebraska, as well as the Federal Courts in the Southern District of Iowa and the District of Nebraska.
A Council Bluffs resident, McGinn is active in the local community. He is a past Board Member of the Council Bluffs Centennial Rotary Club, the Omaha Young Professional Council (through the Omaha Chamber of Commerce), Impact CB (the Young Professional Board of the Council Bluffs Chamber of Commerce).
Prior to entering the practice of law, McGinn worked in the United States Senate for then Senator E. Benjamin Nelson of Nebraska, and he maintains an active interest in politics, including serving as Precinct Caucus Chair in the 2020 Iowa Caucus.
