William F. McGinn

William McGinnBill McGinn is a partner in the firm. He is engaged in the general practice of law including the areas of criminal defense, drunk driving defense and traffic, real estate, estates, small business representation, and juvenile court.

Bill is a member of the Iowa and Nebraska State Bar Associations. He practices in State and Federal court in Iowa and Nebraska. He is a member and past officer of several service organizations including the Jaycees, the Elks Club, and the Ancient Order of Hibrenians. Bill was an elected member of the West Pottawattamie County Soil Conservation Commission and has served on several civic related committees. He is an active pilot.
