Edward F. Noethe

Ed Noethe is a native of Westside, Iowa and he is engaged in the general practice of law including the areas of personal injury, workers compensation, and insurance claims. He represents injured individuals as well as being engaged in insurance defense work for insurance companies. Ed practiced with a large Omaha law firm for sixteen years before joining The McGinn Law Firm. He practices in both the federal and state courts in Iowa and Nebraska. He is also admitted to the Eight Circuit court of Appeals.

Ed graduated from Creighton Law School, cum laude, in 1986 where he was a member of the Creighton Law Review. He was admitted to the bar in Iowa and Nebraska in 1986.
