Bill McGinn is a partner in the firm. He is engaged in the general practice of law including the areas of criminal defense, drunk driving defense and traffic, real estate, estates, small business representation, and juvenile court.
Bill is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association. He practices in both the Iowa state courts and federal courts. He is a member and past officer of several service organizations including the Jaycees, the Elks Club, and the Ancient Order of Hibrenians. Bill was an elected member of the West Pottawattamie County Soil Conservation Commission and has served on several civic related committees. He is an active pilot and current chair of the Council Bluffs Airport Authority.
